Tool Tree

This is a Father's Day card that I made for my husband.  I had a lot of fun making it.  The tree, base, and all the "ornaments" are individual stamped images.  For this card, I was able to try masking which is a new technique for me.  I used paper specially designed for masking by Inkadinkado.
Stamps:  Stamps by Judith
Brads:  Spare Parts (I think...)
Ink:  Momento
Markers:  Copic
Gray shadow marker:  Tombow
Cardstock: miscellaneous
Stamping paper:  Neenah

Checking on You card

I made this card for a friend at work who became ill.  I was in a hurry to get a picture of it before I delivered it and went off to work.  So, the photo isn't great!  As you can see, it is a bit fuzzy and the card shape looks a bit distorted.  The actual card is really cute!  I love the puppy stamp which is from Stamps by Judith.  I stamped the individual dog image 3 times to make it look like he keeps popping in to check on my friend.

Something New...

Blogging is a new adventure for me.  I have never had a blog and this is my first post.  I felt I had to put something on the page.  I didn't want people to visit and wonder why there is nothing to view.  As soon as I figure this whole thing out, I will be adding scrapbook pages, cards, and the projects I create to use in my classroom.
